Day 9: Realizing How Boring My Eating Habits Are

Thursday morning weigh-in: 154.8

Down from yesterday; not much, but down.

A boring, caffeinated morning…

• Time Hortons medium black coffee
• work coffee w/cream & sugar

Followed by a boring morning waiting for lunchtime. Looking at the lunch, I wonder what all of the anticipation was about…

• Honey Crisp apple
• Yoplait blackberry harvest yogurt (6 oz)
• banana
• Arizona pomegranate green tea (16 oz)

At least the afternoon zipped by, no thanks to that uninspirational lunch. And dinner? Hah!…

• chicken pot pie
• water (12 oz)

Really?

At least I had a couple of salty snacks while watching The Goldbergs and Project Runway

• roasted salted almonds
• cheddar & sour cream potato chips

I'm beginning to hate potato chips. Maybe I could convince the city council to outlaw them in Tonawanda. Luckily...

• home-made banana bread (a very thick slab)

ended the night on a good note, intake-wise.
