If I haven't gained two pounds over the course of a weekend it was a good weekend.
An unusual Monday spent at the store working on a special project, so the day started with…
• black coffee, Tim Hortons medium, 1
Not much to report until lunch…
• Wegman's fruit-on-the-bottom strawberry yogurt, 6 oz.
• McIntosh apple, 1
• nectarine, about 1/3 before I realized it had gone bad
• Arizona pomegranate green tea, 16 oz.
• leftover Wegman's chocolate cupcake, 1
Hey You! Back to work!
Finally came home to dinner…• pan-fried chicken breast strips, 3
• oniony mashed potatoes, 1 large pile
• steamed baby carrots & lima beans, some (who counts beans & carrots?)
• Not Your Father's Root Beer, 12 oz. bottle, 1
Did some dishes before sitting down to do a little writing. But not before I snacked on…
• Lay's potato chips, 1That's right, one potato chip, just to see if I could do it. And yes, it can be done.
