So, again, I'm writing down everything I eat and drink (don't be offended when I pull out my little notebook if you happen to be around) until the end of fall, in the hopes that it will make me think twice before inhaling an entire bag of chips, ordering that fourth pint of ale, or reaching for a third pork chop. And you'll be able to follow along daily right here.
It worked last time. Well, all except for the "keeping the weight off" part.
